Where did we come from? Why are we here? Where are we going? We all ask those questions in life. For Sew Yeah it started around a kitchen table, finishing off the last of mom's pot roast, following a family Sunday dinner.

Our mother, jokingly, brought up the idea of opening a quilt store. She loves quilting, and saw a gap in the market in our area. After a lot of deliberation (and finishing the pot roast) we decided to open up Sew Yeah. We have always loved the American dream, and mom’s quilting joke inspired us to become a part of the creative industry.

Mom's dinner joke soon became a reality; we opened a quilt store. However, none of us ever imagined that our little shop would grow into what it is today—Las Vegas's premier quilting store! We are an internationally recognized operation serving 7 countries (currently), with more growth to come.

We are continuing to expand on the national and international level. Our YouTube channel offers not only amazing free tutorials, but also brings people together from across the globe in fabric-buying free-for-alls that are an absolute blast! That's not to mention the best (and possibly only) sewing variety show, The Sew Yeah Show, where you can get valuable information, project ideas, and a lot of laughs!

Now that you know what Sew Yeah does, let's meet the family behind the business.

The Tippetts/ Phelps Families

We are the Tippetts and Phelps family! It's a wordy title but "Tippelps" just doesn't work! We are Las Vegas natives, but don't fall into the traditional "Vegas" theme of vices and regrettable decisions. We are a devout Christian family – we are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Whether in-store, on a live YouTube sale, or at home, you'll find that we're the same people through and through. We believe in God, family, and honest hard work. For us, it's a privilege to be in an industry filled with wonderful, caring people with a desire to make the world a little better every day.

We look forward to meeting you!

Zach

The eldest of the three brothers, Zach handles the behind-the-scenes work at Sew Yeah (finances, taxes, website design/ management). He is the most creative of the bunch, and enjoys hands-on projects (woodworking, sculpting, painting), spending time with family, and all things creative.

Brody

The middle child (without the syndrome), Brody manages the storefront, public relations, and events. He's the kind of person everyone loves to be around. Brody loves the challenge of business, and the "hustle." If something needs to be big, Brody will make sure that it happens, and that it's first class.

Teancum

The youngest of the brothers, Teancum manages the inventory, marketing and promotion, and entertainment side of Sew Yeah. He loves to laugh, joke, and have a good time. His fun-loving personality is balanced with the dedication to dig in and get the job done. If you've laughed during one of Sew Yeah's livestream events, it was probably due to Teancum..."but we can't talk about that."

The younger sister, Raymie works in color and creativity as she handles marketing and graphic design. When not working on the next big event she can be found working with our customer service team and of course on the livestreams. Over 2 decades on earth with her older brothers makes her the perfect balance of their playful and hardworking personalities.

The newest brother, Kartor holds the strengths that are missing in the rest of the team. He is always willing to help in every aspect of the company but his priorities are classes, product development, and his wife Raymie (not necessarily in that order). Kartor’s kind nature tries to hide behind his large stature but is immediately brought to light when he meets someone new… or a puppy.
